Essence Colour & Go Swatches and Review

Good Morning, I hope everyone had a great weekend.  Monday's roll around fast don't they?  No Blue Monday show and tell today but I have a couple of polishes to show you from Essence Colour & Go Fall 2012.  They revamped their bottle style and now have a wider flat brush.

Let's first talk about the bottle.  It's chunkier and has a little more product then the old tiny bottles.  And the bottle cap matches the product inside.  I love the brush it's wider making application easier.

Essence Colour & Go Gorgeous Bling Bling
Gorgeous Bling Bling, is a burnt orange with gold flecks and it's not hidden either that's what I like about it so much.  Just like the name says it's gorgeous and it blings. Great formula it's saturated easy to apply only needed two coats.

Grey-t to be here is a light pale grey with pink shimmer.  The pink shimmer keeps it from being a boring pale grey.  I love the name and the polish.  Great formula and only needed two coats to cover well.  (Sorry my pictures aren't the greatest showing this color.)

Here is how the brush looks

Overall:  I love this brand and the polishes are excellent. No problems with application and the drying time was normal.  I already have quite a few of the older ones and I most definitely will be picking up more of the newer ones.  The price is $1.99 which is very affordable and can be purchased at Ulta or their online store

Franken Friday By Nails Beautiqued: Cement Pond

Hi Everyone,

Today I'm featuring Franken Friday By Nails Beautiqued.  I'm pretty happy with this one.  It's a lovely light grey creme with sparkly small and med. size glitters of rich blues and turquoise.

Franken Polish

Guest why I named it Cement Pond?  You guest it The Beverly Hillbillies...you remember that show?  I thought it was so funny granny calling the pool the cement pond.  Ha Ha!  I think my franken polish fits the name well.

It's very creme-y, I made sure it was the right consistency so I wouldn't have a hard time applying it and just the right amount of glitter not wanting it to be so chunky.

It was so hot today I could have taken a dip in the cement pond. Lol!

Teal Tuesdays...Challenge Dots

Today is Teal Tuesdays and the challenge is Dots

I had a busy day today and finally showing you guys my dotticure.  I had so many ideas but you know I only can show you one of them.  Here it is...

Gradient and Dots Nailart

Since I was in a hurry the gradient didn't turn out so well as I was expecting.  I choose an unusual combination of Teal and Grey with the white dots balancing it out.

Gradient and Dots Nailart

After applying my basecoat I layered on a coat of Zoya Wednesday.  It's my favorite polish to wear during these summer months.

After drying I sponged on CND Asphalt a beautiful deep dark grey.  Which, I haven't done a full manicure with it yet.

To top it all off I added on the dots using my dotting tool and  Sinfulcolors Snow Me White.

Gradient Stamping Design

It's the weekend, I'm happy that you like my unusual gradient that I showed you yesterday. I couldn't stop there decided to put a stamping design on it.  If you haven't seen it without the stamping look here

Gradient Stamping Design
I like how this turn out because the stamping design didn't cover up  the gradient effect.  Just wish all  were crisp like my index finger.

Grey and Red Gradient

Happy Friday!  Playing around with more gradient combos.  Grey and sparkly red is an interesting combo.  After sponging the two together you can see where both meet it's purple.
