SoFlaJo Blue-Ray: PartyTime Collection, Swatches and Review

Good Morning Everyone,   I have a fabulous polish to show you guys from the SoFlaJo Party Time Winter Collection.  The collection consist of mattes, sparkles and shimmers.  Here is one of her mattes:

Blue-Ray is a beautiful matte mid-tone blue with purple shimmer.  I love the fact that the purple shimmer isn't hidden in the shade.  That's a plus right?  The formula is superb it flows on the nail and only need two coats to cover well.  You matte lovers you will love this polish.

After I applied the first coat I let it dry before moving on to the second coat.  Dry time is pretty fast.  It's a great polish and a great name.

Here is a couple shots of the mini bottle 5ml

You know I had to apply topcoat over it to see it shine.  (Out The Door tc)

It's just as beautiful with a shine.  I love it both ways.

Sticks and Stones Nail Art

Yay it's Friday,

After wearing SoFlaJo Open All Night  it was time for some nail art.  When I grew up as a child I was teased allot by kids calling me skinny bones.  The popular saying was to tell those bullies "Sticks and Stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me".  It wasn't true, because name calling did hurt when I was a child.  Every time I hear sticks and stones together that's what it reminded me of.  But, for today I'm calling my nail design  sticks and stones because I applied some lines and dots.

I'm loving the black and white against the pretty green. My lines aren't as straight as I would like but I think I mastered the dots.

I used It's So Easy Stripe Rite's  in black and white for the lines and dots.  For the dots I put some of the polish on foil then used my dotting tool.

Tell me what you think?  I hope you have a great weekend.

Indie Polish: SoFlaJo, Open All Night Swatches and Review

Hi Guys,

Today, I have a pretty iridescent green with golden glass flecks polish to show you.  It's from Jody's SoFlaJo Life's a Beach collection.  How fun does that sound?!  The name of this one is Open All Night.

SoFlaJo, Open All Night

Here's a mini bottle shot and you can see the gorgeous golden glass flecks in it.

This polish is sheer, I used 3 coats and you still can see my visible nail line but, if your nails are short you wouldn't have this problem.

I think it would be great to layer it over black or apply some glitter over top of it. I'll show you some nail art over it tomorrow.

You can check out the rest of the collection on Jody's blog. They are for sale in 15mL and 5mL sizes on Jody's website or on Etsy. You can also keep up with SoFlaJo on Facebook!
