Buttons and Sequins

Hi everyone,  I think OPI Don't Pretzel My Buttons (from the 2012 OPI Germany Collection) and Jordana Sequins makes a good pair on my nails.

Sequins is a red micro glitter and gold, pink, and blue hex glitter in a clear base.  The application of this glitter was easy and I polished it on rather then my usual dabbing method.  It's such a fun glitter. Jordana Glitters are so affordable I purchased mine from Kmart.

Illamasqua New Limited Edition Rubber Brights Collection 2012...Prosperity Swatches and Review

Illamasqua has just introduced 6 limited edition new matte, rubber-like finish nail polishes. The 6 shades are Nurture (candy apple green), Optimist (warm yellow), Aorta (scarlet red) , Devotee (candy pink), Serenity (bright turquoise), and Prosperity (rich purple) were inspired by the color-coded specialities of the dominatrix Rubber Boot Girls of 1920s Berlin.

A bright vibrant rich purple.  It's fabulous can't expect anything less from Illamasqua. The formula is easy to work with it's creamy and smooth, it's not a total matte but a satin finish with some sheen to it having a rubbery look to it.  I used 2 coats.

Here I applied 1 coat of Poshe' tc

Do you like rubber, matte type finishes or do you prefer them shiny?
